RETURN AND REFUND
Buyer covers return shipping costs and any loss in item value for returns not in original condition. Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt, with prompt refunds upon return. Return shipping cost is buyer's responsibility. If an unclaimed package returns, a refund is issued minus $16 (shipping/packaging costs). For free shipping promos, refunds deduct $16 (shipping/packaging). Refused packages receive a refund minus $16 (shipping/packaging). Custom orders/requests are not eligible for return/refund.
Sizing details
Each item includes a description detailing size specifications. I am capable of crafting items in various sizes.
Please note that glass stones may exhibit variations in shape and size.
For custom sizing, simply include a note when placing your order or feel free to message me if you have any questions or specific requests.
Care instructions
Aluminum pieces don't need special care. The material stays as original, also under water.
Leather items, try to keep them out from touch with water.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not include invoices in my packages. Should you require one, kindly request it via messaging.
Your order will be delivered in an attractive gift wrapping bag, suitable for both gifting or personal use. I also include a personalized card with my contact information.
To ensure the safety of your items during transit, orders are dispatched in bubble envelopes or sturdy boxes to prevent any damages.
Wholesale availability
Minimum purchase to receive wholesale % off is 50 items.
Shipping times and delivery services.
All packages will be sent via Israel post office registered mail, with a tracking number.
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS SEASON SHIPPING
During the holidays, shipping time might be longer than usual, so please order in advance. I have no responsibility for delays related to the shipping company.
You can UPGRADE SHIPPING:
DHL SHIPMENT: takes 2-3 business days to arrive.
(Except in US, in all countries, you will ask to pay shipping fees with DHL shipment).
To Caribbean Islands and Bermuda I only send with DHL.
handmade jewelry / return order
All items in my shop are meticulously handmade. You will receive the item as depicted in the photos, but please be aware that there may be slight variations in stone sizes, shapes, and colors. I strive to create each piece to perfection, and ultimately, your satisfaction is my goal.
If you wish to return your order, please note that I can only provide a refund for the cost of the items themselves, not the shipping charges, and this refund will be processed once I have received the items back.
